Ordering Policy

When placing an order, it is the purchasers' responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correctamp; true. PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery Policy

Delivery and Handling Charges

PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE delivers only within Australia. We use Australia Post's postal network for delivery of orders. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed price for each product on this website.

We determine delivery charges based on weight. We have included with all our product descriptions the weight which is used to calculate your delivery charges. The weight listed is based on the net weight or, in the case of a light bulky item, the cubic weight as applied by Australia Post. If the weight listed is based on the cubic weight, this will be noted in the product information.

All delivery charges payable will be displayed for you at checkout time, prior to you providing payment information.

Should the delivery charges in anyway be unclear or not understood, please contact us at enquiries@pamperedpaws.com.au with your query.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched from PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE's base on the South-West Outskirts of Sydney in New South Wales. We endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. If there are any delays (excluding public holidays), which may extend the shipping lead time, we will notify you.

Once your order is dispatched, it normally takes 3-7 working days for you to receive. Delivery time may also be affected by the size or complexity of your order, the delivery location amp; our current workload. An estimate for delivery can be requested before or after making an order. PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE relies on Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays whatsoever.

Method of Delivery

PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE ships all orders via Australia Post's postal network. By default;

  • ORDERS UNDER $150 are delivered via regular parcel post.
  • ORDERS $150 OR MORE are delivered via registered parcel post.

We offer customers the following alternative delivery methods:

  • a. Postal insurance
  • b. Registered Post
  • c. Express Post

Customers are required to advise if they wish one of the above alternative delivery methods at the time of purchase. A revised quote for delivery will be issued, stating any change in delivery charges.

We highly recommend that orders be dispatched with insurance & postal registration.

Should you live close by our base, you are welcome to arrange to pick-up your order. There is of course no delivery charge for this. Please contact us at the time of order to arrange a mutually suitable time for pick up of your order.

Problems or Queries with Orders Received

PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE asks that our customers check their entire order at the time of delivery. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.

All clippers and barking collars have a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults only.

Defective Items

Defective products must be returned to PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE within (14) fourteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, a similar product or full refund will be offered (excluding freight costs).

How to Return your product:
  1. You must contact PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE at enquiries@pamperedpaws.com.au prior to returning any products. We will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information. If it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without a "RAN".
  2. Send your item, in its original packaging or in a re-saleable condition, to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on & inside the return packaging. Any freight costs incurred are at the customer's expense.
  3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.

Important:
  • The return must be received by PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE within (14) fourteen days of the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) being issued.
  • If the item is to be replaced, the replacement product will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE.
  • All returns must have an RAN Number.
  • Products that are returned to PAMPERED PAWS PETS SUPPLIES ONLINE without an RAN will be returned to sender.
  • There is no refund on delivery charges. The cost of any associated return delivery is at the customer's expense.

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, please contact us at enquiries@pamperedpaws.com.au to confirm if your return can be accepted.
