In conjunction with Royal Canin, Pampered Paws Pet Supplies Online offers customers the Royal Canin Frequent Buyers Program. The terms and conditions of this program are listed below:

• For consumer purchases this FBC (Frequent Buyers Card) only applies to 1.5kg bags and above.
• For breeders this FBC only applies to 15kg and 17kg bags.
• Free bag is to be the equivalent of the most frequently purchased. If you purchase 5 of one size and 5 of another the free bag will be the smaller size.
• All purchases must be made from the one outlet nominated on this card.
• To claim free bag all 10 receipts for purchases must accompany frequent buyer card.
• The Frequent Buyer Card initiative may be cancelled or altered at any time.

• When a customer first orders Royal Canin Premium Food products included in the FBC, Pampered Paws Pet Supplies Online will contact the customer to ask if they are interested in joining the program.
• If the customer opts to join the program, Pampered Paws Pet Supplies Online will keep a record of purchases of Royal Canin Products made by the customer.
• The customer will be kept informed of their Free Bag status by Pampered Paws Pet Supplies Online.
• When the customers purchases reach the 10 bags required, Pampered Paws Pet Supplies Online will contact the customer to confirm which type of Royal Canin Food they would like for the free bag. Please keep in mind that free bags will be of the smallest size you have purchased.
